Terms of Service

Clinx analyzes public information about your clinic and nearby clinics, such as listings, patient reviews and websites, together with the details you provide, and produces reports, findings and suggested actions.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for the people you invite to your team. Use Clinx only for clinics you own or are authorized to manage.

Do not use Clinx to harass, identify or contact individual reviewers, to publish misleading claims about other clinics, or to attempt to access data that is not yours. Do not overload, probe or copy the service.

Reports and answers are business guidance based on public data and automated analysis. They are not medical, legal or financial advice. Public data can be incomplete or out of date, so check important facts before you act on them. Clinx does not give clinical advice.

We work to make every finding traceable to its evidence, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome for your clinic.

You keep ownership of the information you provide. We may use it only to run and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. The Clinx software, design and reports format remain ours.

During early access the service may be offered free or at a pilot price. Before any charge applies we will show the price and ask you to confirm it.

To the extent the law allows, Clinx is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using Clinx and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
